My dog gets very pesky at night. He likes to chew on the rawhide bones which the veterinarian says is not good for him. Can't find any other product that will keep him occupied at night other than the rawhide bones. He is four years old and just likes to chew.

My5 month old puppy's teeth are dropping and new teeth are growing. He loves to bite tables and chairs now. Is this normal? Any suggested extra steps to take?

My Golden Retriever "puppy" likes to chew on things. She has been very good about staying away from our belongings so far, but she is about to turn 7 months and she is getting bolder. I have been using Booda velvets (the cornstarch bones), and although I believe them to be one of the safest alternatives on the market, (she is also very fond of them) they are expensive and she can destroy one in a day. I have also been using the traditional rawhyde bones, but I've heard that they can do damage to the dog's innards. What do you suggest? Are pig ear and hooves O. K.? Compressed rawhyde? and advice would help. Thank You!

I have avoided feeding my 6-month-old Chocolate Lab any table scraps at all. I recently bought a Kong dog toy, and was told to put peanut butter inside it as a treat for him. Even though peanut butter is a human food, is it safe for dogs to eat, even in just small quantities? Or should I avoid using peanut butter and use some other kind of dog food?
