Wookie has a growth on his anal area. It festers and then comes to a head and pops. This has been an on going problem for him for two years now. He also has problems with his back legs and arthritis. He is a schitzu/poodle and he is about 9 years old. What do we do about the growth?

My question is when do you know its time to put your pet down? My 11 year old Maltese has heart disease and a collapse trachea problem. Since Christmas she coughs about 5 times a day and the coughing last around 2 seconds. But when the cough gets real bad she will faint. She has been fainting on and off since Christmas. She does have heart disease which we just started giving her pills for. She sometimes takes shallow short breaths especially when she is laying down. Besides that she is happy, not in pain, still plays and eats. When will I know the time is right?

My dog is a 13 year old mutt, on average he weighs around 45 pounds when healthy. Lately he has been eating a lot but not gaining weight and is very clingy with owners during daytime. Last night my dog’s eyes rolled up into her head. I thought she was looking at something in the top of one of our trees. When I called to her, I could see that most of her eyeballs were up into their sockets. I held my hand over her eyes a couple of times but they didn't return to normal. I was just about to panic when they righted themselves. Is this something to worry about?

My dog lost control of his motor skills. I thought he hurt his paw as he was limping and walking weird, but then I noticed it was the other paw. I also noticed his eyes sort of clouded over and he could not focus, however he was not shaking. It lasted about 5 minutes and then he was fine. He was fine the rest of the night. No change otherwise in any of his behavior.

I noticed that my 3 1/2 month old puppy was leaving a trail of tiny bloody-looking dots around the house. At first I thought it was her first heat, but it seems she is still too young for that. After watching her for a day, I noticed that she was having trouble urinating and although she has been potty trained for two months, she started urinating in the house (seemingly because of urgency). Could this be a bladder infection?
