Eating Problems

RESULTS 1-9 OF 9

My dog is a seemingly healthy 12 yr old lab who has lost interest in his dry food that he has eaten for years. I have moistened it and spiked it with chicken bits, no luck. He will eat bagels by the bag though. What can I do to get him back on track?

I need a food for my dog that will make her gain weight. I currently feed her Purina ONE and she gets about 4 cups per day. I can't get her to eat more and she is too skinny. She is a German Shepard about 70 pounds. I've taken her to the vet and she doesn't have any parasites. She is a very picky eater, even though she doesn't get table scraps. Is there anything else I can do?

The Purina ONE bag tells me to feed my dog of 56 pounds 2 and 1/2 to 3 and 3/4 cups of dog food a day. Is that just one time a day? He doesn't seem to be satisfied with that not to mention, he looks too thin.

My rottweiler is a picky eater, which is odd for the breed, so it is sometimes difficult keeping weight on him. My sitter ran out of his diet while I was away, and so I picked up a bag of Purina ONE™ Large Breed Adult Formula and he gobbled it down. He just turned a year old, should I be worried about his lack of size? He is a show dog from very good bloodlines, but he is lacking height, I work for a vet, but somehow I think I must have done something wrong. Any words of wisdom?
